Robert Yeager

Robert Yeager has over 30 years of experience in healthcare services. Currently, Mr. Yeager serves as CEO of American Pathology Partners. Prior to APP, he was Chairman of Attentus Healthcare Company, an operator of rural acute care hospitals, which he co-founded. Previously, he was President and CEO of OrthoLink Physicians Corporation, one of the largest providers of physician management services for orthopedic and sports-medicine doctors, that was backed by Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe. OrthoLink was one of the only successful physician practice management companies to grow and survive in a difficult environment. The company provided services for over 200 physicians across the country. Prior to OrthoLink, Mr. Yeager was Executive Vice President and CFO of Quorum Health Group, a large hospital management company founded as a spin-off of HCA and backed by Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe. At Quorum, Mr. Yeager completed a $115 million IPO and raised over $200 million of debt capital. Previously, he held several positions with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), including hospital CFO, Regional AVP, and VP/Controller of HCA Management Company (which ultimately was spun off to form Quorum). Mr. Yeager is a CPA (inactive) and holds a BBA from Middle Tennessee State University.
