Investment Team

Mr. Burch’s primary responsibilities will include deal generation, due diligence, investment structuring, portfolio management, and investor relations. Mr. Burch has over 25 years of business experience, with over 17 years experience in angel and venture investing. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Entrada, Inc., Armor Concepts, LLC, and The Thalerus Group, Inc. He also serves as a board observer to Gemino Healthcare Finance, Inc., Pathfinder Therapeutics, Inc., and PharmMD, LLC. Mr. Burch originally joined Clayton Associates in 2001 where he was engaged in various venture capital transactions for FCA III and Triple Play Ventures. .

Ms. Allen serves as Chief Financial Officer for the general partners and investment managers of the FCA Funds. Within the FCA Funds, Ms. Allen is involved in financial and tax reporting to investors as well as due diligence, investment structuring and dispositions. Ms. Allen joined Clayton Associates in 2000 and has been involved in various aspects of FCA II, FCA III and FCA IV since that time. Within the FCA Funds, she is involved in due diligence and ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies, as well as investment structuring of initial and follow-on investments in and dispositions of portfolio companies. .

Mr. Bouldin will be involved in industry and market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and investor relations. He actively assists portfolio companies with various research and financial initiatives such as budgeting, market analysis and technology assessment.
