NewCo Holdings is the primary angel investment vehicle for Clayton McWhorter, the Chairman of Clayton Associates.
Triple Play Ventures:
Triple Play Ventures was created to allow the principals of Clayton Associates to make angel investments.
Clayton Associates:
When Clayton Associates was initially established in 1996, Clayton Associates was setup as the direct investment arm of the firm. Today, we still use this entity to make angel investments in early stage companies.
