MiMedx Signs Agreement with Andrews Institute

Tampa, Fla. — July 20, 2007 — MiMedx, Inc. announces today an agreement today with the Andrews Institute of Gulf Breeze, Florida to lease office space. Completed in mid-April of this year, The Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is named for the renowned orthopedic surgeon James Andrews, MD.

The Institute's focus is musculoskeletal treatments and research, and its divisions include a Multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center, Outpatient Rehabilitation, a Diagnostic Imaging Center, an Athletic Performance Center, a Research and Education Institute and a Multi-specialty Office Park for physicians. The Institute is expected to bring 150 new jobs, with nearly $10 million in wages, to Northwest Florida.

MiMedx's location at Andrews means access to world-renowned physicians, business development opportunities with numerous orthopedic companies both large and small and a potential location for clinical trials. The institute is also an ideal site for Company meetings, as Mimedx has full access to the first-rate facilities and board rooms.
